Preston Parker Signs Extension With Buccaneers
The Buccaneers signed wide receiver Preston Parker to a one-year contract extension earlier this month, according to a source.
Parker was due to earn $540,000 in non-guaranteed base salary as an exclusive rights free agent this season.
He received a $50,000 signing bonus (the only portion of the contract that is guaranteed) and is scheduled to earn $1 million in base salary in 2013.
Foles, Eagles Agree To Four-Year Deal
The Eagles have agreed to terms with third-round pick Nick Foles on a four-year deal.
Financial terms were not disclosed, but quarterback's contract is expected to include a signing bonus of $543,520 as the No. 88 pick in the 2012 NFL Draft.
With Foles agreeing to terms, first round pick Fletcher Cox will be Philadelphia's lone unsigned draft choice.

The Jets have agreed to terms with former longtime Dolphins safety Yeremiah Bell, according to a league source.
Bell, 34, signed a one-year, $1.4 million deal.
It includes a $1.1 million base salary, which is guaranteed, plus a $200,000 signing bonus and a $100,000 workout bonus.
Jets, Quinton Coples Agree To Contract
The Jets and first-round pick Quinton Coples have agreed to terms on a four-year contract.
The former North Carolina defensive end, the 16th overall pick, will receive a fully guaranteed deal, according to a league source, for about $9 million.
"(I want to show) that I can compete at the highest level, that I can compete on the national stage, that I can help the New York Jets get to a Super Bowl," Coples said recently.

The Eagles have agreed to a five-year contract extension with LeSean McCoy that will run through the 2017 season, according to a source.
The deal is worth $45 million, including $20,765,000 guaranteed, according to the source.
McCoy set franchise records in 2011 with 17 touchdowns rushing.
Redskins, Hightower Agree To One-Year Deal
The Redskins have agreed to a one-year contract with Tim Hightower, according to a source.
Hightower first broke the news via his official Twitter account, tweeting a photo of himself earlier Sunday in a Redskins hat, along with the message "I'm back."
Though Hightower had drawn interest from the Patriots, the Washington Post reported in April that the 25-year-old running back could still wind up with the Redskins.
Giants Reach Deal With David Wilson
The Giants have agreed to terms with Virginia Tech running back David Wilson, their first-round pick.
A source confirmed the rookie deal.
Wilson was drafted with the final pick in the first round by the Giants, who need somebody to replace Brandon Jacobs.
Jacobs was released during the offseason, then signed by the 49ers.
Panthers, First-Round Pick Agree To $12.58M Deal
The Panthers have agreed to a four-year, $12.58 million guaranteed deal with first-round pick Luke Kuechly, according to a league source.
Kuechly, the ninth overall pick out of Boston College, is the highest first-round pick to reach a deal.
Carolina has an option for a fifth year in Kuechly's deal because of his place in the draft.
Cardinals, Calais Campbell Agree To Five-Year Deal
Cardinals defensive end Calais Campbell agreed to a five-contract extension on Thursday. Terms of the deal weren't disclosed.
The 300-pound lineman had 51 tackles and 22 assisted tackles last season.
Bears Agree To Terms With TE Evan Rodriguez
The Bears have agreed to terms with TE Evan Rodriguez on a four-year contract.
The Bears selected Rodriguez with the 111th overall pick in the 4th round of the 2012 NFL Draft out of Temple University. The two-time first-team all-MAC selection (2010-2011), started 28 of 37 games played in three seasons (2009-11) with Temple, finishing with 69 receptions for 871 yards and seven touchdowns.
